Os protagonistas nem de longe lembram o ancestral camundongo Mickey e seus traços estilizados. Agora, os novos roedores assemelham-se ao que são, mas dá até para achá-los umas gracinhas, especialmente Remy, pivô da trama ambientada na França.&lt;br /&gt;Espécie do campo, de onde se origina a receita do ratatouille, ele adora a boa mesa. Tem um olfato e um paladar privilegiados, o que o torna um tipo raro no bando. Após um incidente, Remy vai parar em Paris, mais especificamente no restaurante de um chef badalado, morto depois de perder as estrelas e a glória -- óbvia referência ao cozinheiro francês Bernard Loiseau, que se suicidou em 2003 supostamente pelo mesmo motivo. Ali, no templo da alta gastronomia e no meio dos temidos seres humanos, o ratinho gourmet terá uma dura tarefa: ajudar um jovem atrapalhado e totalmente desprovido de talento na culinária a recuperar o brilho da casa. Falta um certo temperinho francês à caracterização dos personagens, muito americanos, mas a fita não desanda e se mantém saborosa até o fim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Imperdível. Com o qual, em uma cena hilariante, "transporta" o crítico culinário Anton Ego de volta a sua infancia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RATATOUILLE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTES: 1 Berinjela grande; 1 Pimentão vermelho e/ou amarelo; 2 Cebolas médias; 2 dentes de alho esmagado; 2 Abobrinhas; 2 a 3 Tomates; Tomilho; Sal e pimenta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MODO DE PREPARO: Corte os legumes grosseiramente e refogue-os em fogo alto, até que dourem, tempere moderadamente.
